Gin Ryu, pin-up. Pencil/inks: W.A.Wong This piece was done for the comic Gin Ryu, originally to be published by Axis Comics. When Axis broke up, the series' creator pursued self-publication. This pin-up, along with pieces by many other artists, appeared in ashcans and were solicited as prints (without Wayne's prior knowledge). Wayne is still seeking the return of his artwork! Superman and Wonderwoman, pin-up. Pencil/inks: W.A.Wong This pin-up was done for a Wedding "Just Married" sign. The husband was a comic book fan! The original was enlarged and the enlargement was hand painted with the caption "A Wonder Woman and a Superman" using the comic title blocks. |
